2. What you get
aividimost.bg checks how the three most-used language models — ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini (Google) — see a given business, and whether they mention it when a customer asks them for a recommendation.
Once you enter a company name and/or a website, the system works out what the business offers, writes 20 simulated customer questions for each of the three models (60 in total) and reads the answers one by one.
- Free part: an overall visibility score and a one-sentence verdict for each of the three models.
- Paid part: the full breakdown — charts by dimension, the map of all 60 questions, the competitors that appear instead of you, the facts the models get wrong, and a prioritised plan.
- Access runs through a personal link shown in your browser and sent to the email you provide.
The number of questions, the depth of the breakdown and the structure of the report may change as the service develops. What applies to your order is the description published on the site at the moment you place it.
3. What the service is not
This section matters, because it sets what can and cannot be expected from a report.
- The report reflects what the models know from training, not the result of a live crawl of the web. When someone uses an assistant with browsing enabled, answers there may differ.
- Language model answers are probabilistic. The same question can get a different answer at a different moment, and the models' knowledge is updated without our involvement.
- The result is an analytical assessment, not a guarantee of ranking, position, traffic, calls or sales.
- The report is not legal, accounting, tax, medical or investment advice and does not replace professional consultation.
- We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic or Google and do not represent them. Their names are used only to identify which model answered.
- We do not access or modify your website. We only read its publicly available content.
4. Who can order
Orders can be placed by a natural person aged 18 or over with legal capacity, or by a legal entity through its representative. The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
When ordering on behalf of a company you confirm you are authorised to represent it. When checking a business that is not yours, you confirm you are doing so for a lawful purpose — competitive or market research, for example — and using publicly available information only.
5. How the contract is formed
No registration and no account. The contract is concluded at a distance, electronically, in these steps:
- You enter a company name and/or a website plus an email address and start the free check.
- The system produces the analysis and shows you the free part together with the price of the full report.
- Pressing the unlock button places your order and takes you to the secure payment page.
- The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. The full report opens immediately afterwards and a confirmation with a link to it is sent to your email.
The contract language is Bulgarian on the Bulgarian version of the site and English on the English one. We do not store a separate signed copy — the order record in our system, the Stripe payment document and the email sent to you are the evidence of conclusion.
6. Price, payment and invoice
The price of the full report is published on the site and shown on the unlock button before you go to payment. It is the final price for you — all applicable taxes are included and we add no further fees.
Payment is one-off, for a single report, with no subscription and no automatic renewal. Each further check is paid for separately.
- Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your card details are entered on a Stripe page and never pass through our systems — we neither receive nor store a card number.
- A receipt or invoice is issued by the payment platform and sent to the email given at checkout.
- For a company invoice, enter the company details and VAT number in the field on the payment page before paying. Back-dated invoicing is only possible within the current tax period.
- Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fee when paying in a currency other than yours. Those amounts are not ours and cannot be refunded by us.
A price change applies only to orders placed after it is published and does not affect reports already paid for.
7. Delivery and access
The report is digital content and is delivered immediately — as soon as payment is confirmed the full report unlocks on screen and a link to it arrives at the email you gave.
The link contains a personal access code. Anyone holding the link can open the report, so do not publish it or forward it to third parties.
We keep the report available online for as long as the service is maintained. We recommend saving or printing a copy — the report has a print version. If you cannot open a paid report for technical reasons, write to us and we will restore access or refund you.
If you ran a check and did not pay for it, we send at most two reminders — the first about an hour after the check, the second the next day. Either one stops with a single click on the link inside the email.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a rule, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
That right does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal — Article 57(13) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, implementing Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
That is exactly what happens here: the report unlocks within seconds of payment. So before you pay, an explicit statement next to the unlock button says that you want access to open immediately and that you accept losing the right of withdrawal. Pressing the button gives that consent. Up to that point nothing has been charged and you can simply not continue.
If payment went through but the report was never unlocked and you never opened it, you do have the right of withdrawal — write to us within 14 days and we refund in full.
9. Complaints and refunds
We refund the full amount, no questions asked, when:
- payment went through but the report was not generated or does not open, for reasons within our systems;
- the report is delivered incomplete — charts, sections or answers we advertised are missing;
- the same order was charged twice.
Disagreeing with the content of the analysis is not in itself grounds for a refund, because the report reflects what the models actually answered — including when that is unflattering or inaccurate about your business. That is precisely the subject of the service. If you believe the result is technically wrong, write to us with specifics — we check, and if the fault is ours we re-run the analysis free of charge or refund you.
Send complaints to office@aividimost.bg within 14 days of payment. We reply within one business day; an approved refund is issued within 5 business days to the same payment instrument. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
10. Rights in the report and in the site
The content of your specific report is yours and you may use it freely for your business — internally, with your team, with clients, contractors or investors.
The software, the design, the site copy, the methodology, the question set and the way scores are calculated remain our intellectual property. Reselling reports as your own service, automated scraping of the site, copying the methodology or building a derivative service on it are not permitted.
If you publish excerpts from a report, please credit aividimost.bg as the source.
11. Acceptable use
Use the service in good faith. The following is not allowed:
- automated or bulk checks, loading the system, or circumventing limits;
- entering someone else's email address without their consent;
- using results for misleading advertising, to disparage a competitor, or for any other unlawful purpose;
- attempting to reach other people's reports, the admin area, or paid content without paying.
We may restrict access without notice in case of breach. If that restriction affects a paid report you never received, we refund it.
12. Liability
The service is provided as described on the site. We take due care that the analysis is sound, but we are not responsible for commercial decisions taken on the basis of a report, nor for outcomes that depend on third parties.
To the extent applicable law allows, our liability for damages connected to one order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for lost profit, loss of reputation, or indirect or consequential damages.
These limits do not exclude or restrict our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any rights consumer law grants you mandatorily.
13. Availability
The analysis depends on services from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. If one of those providers is unavailable, changes its terms or withdraws access, that part of the check may be delayed or drop out.
If a paid check cannot be completed for such a reason, we refund it. We reserve the right to take the site down for maintenance and to discontinue the service in future, with reports already paid for either kept accessible or refunded.
14. Personal data
What we collect, why, who we share it with and what rights you have is set out in the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it. Changes do not apply retroactively to a concluded contract.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. As a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside.
If something is wrong, write to office@aividimost.bg first — most things are settled within a business day.
